We want you to love your Sketch Wallet, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure the sketchbook is unused and the leather or canvas wallet shows no signs of wear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Sketch Wallet and any included accessories in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
